After my C-section, I was not able to walk due to pain in the inguinal area. Dr. McCleary taught me many exercises and I was able to walk normal again in a very short period of time. Pain improved after every visit. Dr. McCleary explained everything in detail and is incredibly patient. I still practice some of the exercises that she taught me even today after 5 months after the surgery. I am grateful to be her patient and definitely recommend her.

Dr. McCleary was extremely kind, patient, and informative. I enjoyed my time with her and truly felt she listened. I left my appointment feeling more confident in my knowledge of how my body works. I’ll be recommending her to all friends and family!

I went to Dr Castillo for help with incontinence. She helped me on the first day and I spent 7 weeks going to her. I told her she has changed my life. I have so much better control than I did. I even sleep longer than I have in years. No msg I’ve but exercises and electrodes to see how I am doing. I told her I would put a recommendation for her on Facebook, but incontinence is something we do not talk about but I bet there are tons of women who have problems with it. I had never heard of Pelvic floor exercises and there are none really dine on a floor as the pelvic floor is part of our bodies. I cannot say enough good things about this super intelligent, kind, caring doctor. She even helped me with a completely different problem I was having and that was such a blessing. I highly recommend her!!!!
